Grace Moreno

Grace Moreno is a serial entrepreneur with more than 20 years of experience disrupting systemic traditions and practices to ensure a more equitable playing field for all. She fought predatory lending as the National Director of Operations for the Neighborhood Assistance Corporation of America (NACA). She served as Deputy Director at OISTE, the Massachusetts Latino Civic Education Initiative, where she ran the company’s operations and built the infrastructure to promote Latino civic engagement in Massachusetts. During the period of Massachusetts health care reform, she served as Deputy Director of Health Care for All.
Grace was the Vice President of Community Programs at The Community Builders, Inc. a national not-for-profit mixed income housing developer serving 17 states. As Vice President for Operations and Finance at the Edward M. Kennedy Institute for the US Senate, she managed an annual operating budget of $13 million, and led the operational and financial components necessary to build the institute, develop the exhibit, and open it to the public.
She is the Executive Director/CEO of The Massachusetts LGBT Chamber of Commerce, a statewide non-profit that cultivates inclusive relationships between LGBT-owned and ally-owned businesses and the corporate sector that drive economic impact throughout the Commonwealth. Grace is recognized for her passion and commitment to social change and to getting things done. Featured in the Boston Business Journal, CBS Boston, and Business Equality Magazine, among others, Grace was honored by OUT MetroWest for symbolizing “the power and potential of the local LGBTQ community.”
